You MUST have a marriage license issued by an Arizona County Clerk BEFORE the ceremony in order for me to perform your ceremony and have it legally recognized. You must BOTH be present to have the Marriage License issued to you.
Arizona marriage license details:
- Valid government-issued photo ID and Social Security Number is required (SSN from U.S. citizens only);
- Valid for one (1) year after issuance;
- The ceremony may be anywhere in the State of Arizona;
- No residency requirement;
- No blood test required;
- Must not be first cousins or nearer kin;
- If under 18 years of age, must contact Juvenile Court;
- Two witnesses are required by state law;
- Certified copies available in approximately two to six weeks;
- Certified copies may be obtained in person or online.
