You MUST have a marriage license issued by a Washington County Auditor BEFORE the ceremony in order for me to perform your ceremony and have it legally recognized. You must BOTH be present to have the Marriage License issued to you.
Washington marriage license details:
- There is a 3 calendar day waiting period (meaning it’s not valid until 3 days after you sign and pay for it from the Auditor);

- No residency requirement;
- No blood test required;
